Riassunto:
Un effettivo controllo del tabagismo coinvolge diversi ambiti sociali: la scuola, i mass-media, i politici. Attualmente la prevenzione più efficace è la campagna antifumo nelle scuole, ma nei bambini, prima degli 11 anni; perché a questa età già iniziano a fumare. Per una terapia antifumo efficace è necessario comprendere se il fumatore è pronto a smettere di fumare e dopo aiutarlo con il supporto comportamentale e farmacologico. Ma è molto importante continuare gli incontri per un anno dalla data di cessazione per evitare le ricadute.
Summary:
An effective control on the tabagismus insolves different social environments: school, mass-media, politics. Actually the most effective prevention is the anti-smoke compaign in the schools, but in the little childreen, before eleven yars old; because in this age already they start to smoke. For an effective therapy anti-smoke is necessary to understand if the smoker is ready to stop smoking and after to help him with behaviour and pharmacologic supporters. But is very important to continue the meetings for one year from the stopping of smoking to avoid the relapses.
